  • Where is the store based?

    Los Angeles, CA

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Our shipping rates are based on Priority International shipping costs. If you would like a cheaper option, please contact us about standard international rates.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are currently shipping out orders 2 - 3 times a week. If you need something rushed please email us and we will do our best to accommodate. Our email is [email protected]

    For Domestic Shipments:
    We ship almost everything via USPS Priority Mail, so depending on your location within the domestic US, packages should arrive to you within 2-3 days after you receive a shipping notification.

    Gift Certificates, cards, or smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class and usually take between 3-7 days to a drive (depending on your location)

    International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 -4 weeks.

  • Do you Accept Custom Orders?

    We sure do! Interested in a custom entomology box? Choose your own insect, background and frame/dome, turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks (sometimes faster depending on availability).
